Pale Ale | 6.5% | Inspiration: The Winter's Tale by William Shakespeare
Pouring a rich golden amber from the Munich and Vienna malts with a creamy, regal head, this dish greets the senses with aromas of passionfruit, spices, and tropic fruits blossoming from Zappa and El Dorado hops. The flavor unfolds in acts: a commanding malt backbone gives way to a flourish of hop bitterness, followed by a smooth, warming finish that lingers like a well-spoken soliloquy.

New England IPA | 7.2% | Inspiration: Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace
Loaded with over 5 lbs. of hops per barrel. Featuring Galaxy, El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra hops. Brewed with over 30% wheat. Flavors of ripe papaya and mango with pineapple, orange zest, and peach skin. Juicy. Hazy.

Märzen | 6.6% | Inspiration: The Martian by Andy Weir
A simplistic traditional märzen recipe was chosen as the base beer with a few modern tweaks. The use of cashmere hops adds flavors of lemon and ripe melon that accentuate the biscuit and bready flavors laid out by the malt. Mexican lager yeast was also substituted in to give the beer a drier finish while having very similar characteristics of the traditional fest beer yeast.

Amber Wheat Lager | 4.9% | Inspiration: Winnie the Pooh by A.A. Milne
We took the classic American-style wheat beer and played with the recipe just enough to make it our own. We used a lager yeast to ferment the beer. Honey malt provides a subtle honey flavor without the addition of actual honey.

Hard Seltzer | 5.2%
A crisp, bubbly hard seltzer infused with yuzu, lemon, and a hint of rosemary. Light, refreshing, and irresistibly lively—perfect for sipping and smiling.

Ube Pilsen | 4.6% | Inspiration: America is Not the Heart by Elaine Castillo
Earthiness from real ube blends with the clean, refreshing character of a pilsen with a twist of Sabro hops providing more unique tropical fruit notes, creating a beer that’s as layered and defiant as the diaspora stories it honors.

American Lager | 4.4% | Inspiration: Oh, the Places You'll Go by Dr Seuss
This American lager uses a blend of Acidulated, Caraform, and Vienna malts to provide body and dryness to the Pilsner malt, providing that clean taste. The Cashmere hops bring fresh notes of lemon and thyme.

Raspberry Honey Kölsch | 5.4% | Inspiration: Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur
Outlook is a sweet and crisp Raspberry Honey Kolsch, brewed with pure German Weyerman Pilsner and Vienna malt. The malt character is balanced with spicy, earth-driven notes from the generous use of nobel German hops. This kolsch will bring you the crispy freshness of a kolsch with a bittersweet honey finish brought by natural Colorado wildflower honey. Bringing you a flavor that is much like the outlook on life, sometimes bittersweet.

Bohemian Pilsner | 4.6% | Inspiration: Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry
Crisp, clean, and classic. Heirloom floor malted Czech Pilsner malt is the foundation of Paul pils, with a clean fermentation using Czech lager yeast. German Noble hops offer up a pleasant bitterness atop the sweet malt character, finishing with a subtle note of spice.

Belgian Strong Golden Ale | 9%
This Belgian golden strong ale shimmers with a fruity start and a crisp, dry finish, with just a touch of a mysterious sparkle that whispers of wizardry.

Rice Ale with Yuzu & Szechuan Chilies | 6.5% | Inspiration: The Cat Who Saved Books by Sosuke Natsukawa
As this beer was inspired by a very spicy talking ginger cat, our flavor inspiration comes from yuzu kosho, a spicy, salty, citrusy Japanese condiment. Neko, uses a Japanese rice ale base, and is medium bodied with a hint of citrus aroma. To develop the kosho character we added fresh yuzu, Szechuan red chilies, and salt.

Scottish Ale | 6% | Inspiration: Outlander by Diana Gabaldon
Notes of toffee and toasted malt from Root Shoot's Cara Ruby malt with sensual spices coming from the rye malt and Willamette hops. It's a beer made for cold nights by the hearth, where stories unfold and hearts remember.

Schwarzbier/Dark Lager | 5.2% | Inspiration: Man in the High Castle by Philip K Dick
Schwarzbier is a German dark lager with the drinkability of a pilsner and the flavor of a porter. Flavors of chocolate with a bit of roasted marshmallows up front, a slight fruity ester note in the middle, then fading to a clean malty finish. Despite the color, it’s a sessionable beer.

Spiced Winter Warmer | 7.3% | Inspiration: Moon of the Crusted Snow by Waubgeshig Rice
With a simple base amber recipe of Vienna, Munich, and crystal malts, this beer really accentuates a caramel and toffee forward flavor. Belgian candi syrup also adds to this sweetness with a slight molasses, caramel note. A touch of Hallertau hops lends an earthy spiciness to the character of this beer. Orange peel, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg were soaked in Amaretto and added post-fermentation.

Kettle Sour with Blackberry & Lemon | 5.2%
A vibrant and refreshing kettle sour bursting with juicy blackberry and zesty lemon. Tart, fruity, and perfectly balanced, it’s a playful pour with a crisp finish—like summer in a glass.
